  • 1 lb. canned meat
  • 1 medium–sized onion
  • 1 dessertsp.

Method

Mince the meat finely; chop the onion finely. Stir the onion into the meat with the curry powder, salt and pepper to taste and the egg. Form into small balls or flat cakes, roll lightly in flour and fry in hot dripping until nicely browned.
