  • 1 day-old loaf butter or margarine
  • 6 tablesp. lean cooked ham (minced)
  • mayonnaise


Remove crusts from loaf and cut loaf lengthwise in five equal slices. Butter each slice and spread the lower one with the ham mixed with enough mayonnaise to make an easy spreading consistency. Spread the next slice with 2 oz. cream cheese and place on top of the ham slice. Spread the third slice
