  • 1 lb. cold, cooked chicken
  • 1 pt. white coating sauce
  • salt and pepper

Method

Boil chicken bones and trimmings about 1½ hr., use this stock to make the sauce. When sauce is cooked, add minced chicken, season well, and heat thoroughly. Serve in a shallow dish, very hot, with poached eggs on top.
