Ingredients

  • 4 oz. butter
  • 8 oz. soft brown sugar
  • 1 sherry gl

Method

Beat the butter to a cream and beat in the sugar. When light and creamy, add the rum gradually. Transfer to a serving dish and chill thoroughly before using.
