Cocoa and Chocolate

Method

To Make Cocoa: Allow teasp. cocoa to ¼ pt. milk and ¼ pt. water. Mix the cocoa smoothly with a little cold water, boil the remainder of the water and the milk, and pour these on to the blended cocoa, stirring well meanwhile.

To Make Drinking Chocolate: Various proprietary brands of powdered chocolate are now on the market, which when mixed with hot milk or milk and water provide a nourishing drink. Alternatively, grated block chocolate may be substituted for powdered chocolate; sweeten to taste.
