Cook the fish in the oven, remove the skin and bone and flake the flesh. Mix it with the finely-choped bacon and onion and 1 oz. of breadcrumbs. Stir into the sauce and season well. Shape into cones; coat in flour, brush over with beaten egg, then toss in breadcrumbs. Deep fry a golden brown. Pil
