Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g ( oz) golden caster sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F, Gas Mark 3). Butter a 24cm ( in) springform tin and dust with flour.

Combine the eggs and caster sugar together in the bowl of an electric mixer.
