For the Moulds

  • 50 g ( oz) unsalted butter

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F, Gas Mark 6).

For the moulds, melt the butter and brush the inside of six soufflé moulds. Freeze them for 10 minutes.

Retrieve the moulds from the freezer and brush them again with the melted butter, taking care to coat them right up to
