Ramekins can be used instead of (taller) soufflé moulds.


For the Moulds

  • 50 g ( oz) unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F, Gas Mark 6).

For the moulds, melt the butter and brush the inside of six soufflé moulds. Freeze them for 10 minutes.
