Coffee Jelly

Throughout the series, Saiki can be seen eating coffee jelly. Coffee jelly is just what it sounds like: a gelatinous coffee treat that’s a perfect mix of bitter coffee and sweet sugar. I fine-tuned the ingredients here for the perfect ratio to create a flavorful and very jiggly coffee jelly. It’s a simple and delicious dish that might be too precious to eat.
