Chef Tonio opens a new Italian restaurant named Trattoria that has no menus. Instead, he serves people based on what he perceives they would like or “according to the customer.” Okuyasu and Josuke visit the restaurant. When they are sized up by Chef Tonio, he determines that they need a caprese salad. Once Josuke eats it, his stiff shoulder magically regenerates and feels much better!
