You will probably need slightly more dedication to make this pizza. It has to be eaten as soon as it is cooked, in order to savour in full its crusty texture. This is such a tasty dish that you will unfortunately be kept working as your guests ask for second helpings. Don’t worry if the dough seems to be swimming around in the oil while it is frying, as it will hardly absorb any at all.
