‘In Italy we eat a great deal of soft fruit such as strawberries, blackberries, mulberries and blueberries. However, we never generally combine these fruits with cream, but with ingredients that enhance their flavour. For instance, adding a few drops of lemon juice and some sugar is the most common way to eat soft fruit.
