Ingredients

  • 2 short cucumbers, peeled, de-seeded and cut into batons of 8-10cm long (about 800g cleaned weight)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • 2

Method

Put all the ingredients into a ceramic bowl and leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge. Stir from time to time to coat every piece and then serve.
