“Should you come home after work feeling peckish, then this little dish will induce a feeling of relaxation. Eaten with grissini, and a nice glass of wine, life will appear much more pleasurable! Typical of Naples, this dish is usually eaten as part of an antipasto, but can also be served to accompany meat and fish dishes. It is better to make a bigger quantity, which you can keep in the fridge for two or three days.”
