This is lovely and sweet and goes very well with roast pork or chicken, and also game if you happen to be serving that. I use organic pumpkin which is a beautiful reddish orange outside and butternut orange inside. Make sure you start off with a lovely pumpkin, but if you suspect yours is not very ripe and tasty, you could add a little more sugar. You might like to add another vegetable here too,
