My children are incredibly enthusiastic about this. I think it is probably the colour that delights them most: I make this when I have lovely rosy pomegranates. The colour of your sorbet will vary in intensity, depending on the colour of your pomegranate seeds. Sometimes I serve this on its own and sometimes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
