This is a great emergency meal — ready in a few moments. If you use broth (meat, vegetable or chicken) you will have a more profound tasting bowl of semolina, but if you don’t have any to hand you can use a cube, as I sometimes do, from a health food shop, with no additives. Like this, it is simple, quite delicious and just easy to eat. The semolina can be made to any consistency you like: thicker or thinner and more soupy than this version.
