Here is a nice and healthy way to cook your fish, in case you worry about frying in batter too often.

Method

Preheat the oven to 210°C (415°F/Gas 6–7). Spread the flour on one flattish plate and the breadcrumbs on another one.

Whisk the eggs and parsley together in a shallow bowl and add some salt. Sprinkle the fish with some salt, too.
