I’ve been making almond milk from raw almonds for years and still do, but I was delighted to discover that it can be made quickly and easily using almond butter. The beauty of this method is that you can make almond milk in just about any blender, and there’s no need to strain the milk through a sieve or nut milk bag. Just twenty seconds of blending and—voilà!—delicious, creamy almond milk.
