This is a wonderful sauce for pouring over steamed broccoli, baked potatoes, or even a steamed whole head of cauliflower. Or for easy mac and cheese, mix it with cooked pasta. If you have any left over, it makes a great spread for sandwiches once it’s chilled, or reheat it and toss it with veggies.
