This appetizer is so simple and yet so elegant—and one of the reasons you want to have some Cashew Chèvre on hand whenever fresh figs are in season. You never know when company might show up on your doorstep! You can use any type of fresh figs here—black Mission, brown, green—all are delicious.
Season the cheese.
Put the cheese, lemon zest and juice, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
Stuff the figs.
