Mac and cheese is hard to beat as a comfort food. It holds a dear place in the heart of my husband, who grew up loving his dad’s version of this classic. With the help of my Sharp Cheddar, I was finally able to create a vegan version that my husband finds equally satisfying. This dish is definitely a good reason to always have some homemade vegan Sharp Cheddar around!
