This is actually a New York-style cheesecake, with a dense, rich filling. But because I live in San Francisco, and because the ingredients are decidedly untraditional (something San Franciscans embrace!), I call it a San Francisco Cheesecake. Serve it as is, or adorn it with berries, other fruit, or Fluffy Whipped Coconut Cream.
