The quality of this entirely depends on the feeding. A friend of mine made various experiments, and more particularly on the same litter of pigs, and the various sizes and different flavour of the meat was extraordinary. There is one thing very certain, that whatever a pig is fed upon, it will be much better in size and quality if kept clean and well washed at least once a week. Those breeds th
