This sophisticated sundae looks beautiful in martini glasses and the combination of different flavors makes it exotic and fun to eat. If you are making the ice cream yourself, it is best to build the sundae immediately after the ice cream comes out of the ice cream machine. Otherwise, substitute high-quality vanilla ice cream and soften it slightly.
