Honey Sriracha Sauce

With the hot honey craze sweeping across the country, this super simple sauce is the Asian-inspired equivalent. It’s got insane depth from the sriracha (we prefer Huy Fong) and an almost lacquerlike finish because of the honey. It goes so well with anything fried, grilled, or smoked. If you want to punch up the heat a little bit more, just add more sriracha than the recipe dictates. It goes great with BBQ shrimp, grilled chicken, or over pulled pork sandwiches!
