As a kid, I used to eat at Arby’s once a week because my cello teacher’s house was close to one. I hated going to cello practice, but I loved Arby’s, and my mother knew these things. So, like any good, enterprising mother, she would dangle the proverbial carrot every week to get me to go to cello practice.
