Curry Queso Hot Dog with Smoked Hot Link

Okay, this is my absolute favorite thing on the menu at Curry Boys BBQ, and I’m going to type in all caps to let you know how serious I am. The juicy snap of the sausage, the velvety curry queso, and the crispy white onion—all adorning a soft, cloudlike potato roll—is absolutely one of the greatest bites of food in the world.
