Steak House Tomato Salad

Classics don’t have to be many generations old to invoke powerful food memories. When I was little, my family used to go to a steak house called Peter Luger’s. The steak was wonderful, but what I really remember is a great salad of flavorful beefsteak tomatoes topped with a spicy dressing. This is an approximation from the old taste memory bank.
