Another salad that will have you looking at the old coffee shop egg salad sandwich in a new way. Whole grain bread or kaiser rolls are the breads of choice.
Slice the cooked eggs or cut them into small chunks. Combine the garlic, anchovy, lemon zest, juice, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Anchovies are salty–you may not need any additional salt.
