In Italy a simple pasta with field greens and garlic is a very common dish. It’s one of my favorite pastas. But this combination doesn’t seem to excite the American imagination. I was wondering how to do this when I thought of Caesar salad. I suspected that if people loved Caesar salad, they’d probably love it as a pasta too. They do. You can make this for yourself, as you would a salad, or cook it for two.
