Swordfish or Tuna Orientale

Everyone seems to love Chinese chicken salad. The tangy ginger dressing enlivens the blandness of the chicken, romaine lettuce, and cucumbers. I thought if such a dressing could make chicken interesting, it surely could do wonders for a simple fish. Serve with rice and sprinkle both with finely minced green onions. Chopped cilantro is optional but appropriate.
