Not only do the Americans. Italians, and Spaniards love mint with lamb, but so do the Indians. You can make this lamb curry as hot as you like. Just don’t forget the raita to refresh your palate. Do piaza means two onions, or twice as many onions as meat. I don’t use quite that many, but you can increase the amount if you like literal translations.
