Pork Scaloppine with Paprika, Walnuts, Sage, and Cream

When you read a lot of cookbooks and talk to many people about family food, as I do, the origins of recipes begin to blur. I forget when or how I got the inspiration for this recipe. My intentions are honorable even if my memory is at an impasse, so if I’ve slighted my sources, I sincerely apologize. However, all is not lost.
