Not from the Deep South—this Georgia is in Russia, and the flavor influences are somewhat Afghani. The robust curry-flavored tomato sauce goes well with meat, but it can brighten up a simple fish such as bass, swordfish, or cod. Serve with cracked wheat pilaf, rice, or potatoes. Grilled eggplant is nice with the meat, and spinach curry is a good balance for the fish.
