  • About

Cilantro in Russia? As surprising as it may seem, the herb is widely used in the Caucasus. This sauce is reminiscent of walnut pesto and would be good on most mild-flavored fish and grilled eggplant, zucchini, or peppers. Qr as a dressing for rice salad, avocado salad, or chicken salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted and finely chopped
  • 2 cups finely minced white onions
  • ¾

Procedure

Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. This will keep well for a day or two in the refrigerator but the color may fade.
