Caramel Crispy Nests

These little caramel nests are a classic Easter treat. I remember making them in school cooking lessons many years ago. You can fill them with any mini eggs you like, I used mini eggs but foil-covered eggs would also look pretty, just placing one or two inside each nest. If you want, you can make mini nests in a mini muffin tin instead, for tiny mouthfuls.
