Oreo Cookie garden Cakes

These little cakes are topped with chocolate “mud” and with piped leaves and sugar flowers they look just like a slice of garden (they were inspired by my friend Lesley). The cake contains chocolate-coated raisins and Minstrels (chocolate discs in hard glazed sugar shells) but you can substitute other dried fruit such as blueberries or cranberries and chocolate-coated candy beans, such as Smarties or M&M’s, if you like.
