Solame di Cioccolato

Do not worry that this slice contains any meat! It is in fact a classic Italian treat that is just designed to play a trick and look like salami until you cut it. By wrapping the ganache mixture in clear film and leaving it to set, the outside of the roll gets a crinkled pattern, and when dusted in a layer of icing sugar it looks like a traditional salami. If you are giving it as a gift, you can decorate the outside with printed salami labels easily found online. Omit the liqueur if serving
