Traditional Eton Mess is made by stirring fruit and meringues through whipped cream to create a creamy fruit dessert. In this pretty version there is no stirring, so that the bowl has enticing layers. This is one of the easiest puddings I know to prepare, just slice the fruit, crush the meringue, whip the cream and “ta-dah” one scrumptious dessert -perfect for summer days!
