Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake

This is a delicious ice cream cake bursting with peanuts and caramel sauce. It is made in a loaf tin with a thick peanut biscuit case so looks very special when you serve it cut into wedges, with the caramel ribbon running through, topped with peanut cream and chopped peanuts. It is important to use smooth peanut butter in the topping otherwise the peanuts can get stuck in the icing nozzle.
