This is a great dessert that you can prepare ahead and keep in the freezer, just making the Streusel topping and blueberry compote a little while before you want to serve. The dessert uses readymade flapjacks although you can make your own if you do want to bake.

Method

Press the flapjacks for the case into the prepared pie dish with your fingers, ensuring that there are no gaps and the flapjack is in an even layer over the base and sides of your dish. You need to ensure that the flapjacks you use are soft so that they can be easily pressed into shape.
