Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake

Strawberries and chocolate are one of those perfect combinations – rich and indulgent with a burst of sunshine fruit. I love to serve this cheesecake after picking ripe berries at my local fruit farm. If you want to simplify the recipe you can omit the chocolate ganache topping and just pile the cheesecake high with fresh berries and curls of dark chocolate instead, for an equally spectacular dessert.
