A few of the breads and pastries that we make are like little miracles, and French baguettes are one of them. Our baguettes have both a buttery and a slightly sweet flavor (although there’s no butter or sugar in the dough) that lingers in the mouth and evolves for many minutes after a bite. They actually have so much flavor that no condiments are necessary to enjoy them. This method also creates the quintessential baguette texture: crispy exterior and diaphanous, holey interior.
