  • 1 cup Dark Raisins
  • 4 cups H2O (60° to 70°F) (See following note about using dechlorinated water)

Method

  1. In a clean plastic container, combine Water and Raisins.
  2. Cover loosely and set aside for 48 to 72 hours, keeping it 60° to 70°F.
