  • 1 cup (strained) Raisin Water (60° to 70°F)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 cu

Method

  1. Strain the Raisin Water and reserve it. Discard the fruit.
  2. Measure 1 cup of Raisin Water and transfer it to a clean container. A disposable 1-quart plastic deli container is a good size to start with.
  3. Blend Honey into the Raisin Water.
  4. Add Flour.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cover loosely and set aside for 24 hours, about 60° to 70°F.
