- 1 cup (strained) Raisin Water (60° to 70°F)

- Strain the Raisin Water and reserve it. Discard the fruit.
- Measure 1 cup of Raisin Water and transfer it to a clean container. A disposable 1-quart plastic deli container is a good size to start with.
- Blend Honey into the Raisin Water.
- Add Flour.
- Stir well.
- Cover loosely and set aside for 24 hours, about 60° to 70°F.
