  • ¾ cup Water (60° to 70°F)
  • 1 cup Bread Flour

Method

  1. Discard HALF the Starter mixture.
  2. Add the Water, then the Flour.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Cover loosely and set aside for 24 hours, about 60° to 70°F.
