These easy but impressive cookies are moistened with a little dry white wine. Though it’s not traditional, you could substitute white vermouth for the wine with excellent results.
Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour (spoon flour into dry-measure cup and level off)
Set racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees.
To make the cookie dough, place the flour, sugar, and baking powder in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Pulse several times to mix.
