Filo Dough

Though excellent industrially made filo dough is available, many Greek and Middle Eastern households make their own; and while store-bought dough will do a perfectly good job in any of these recipes (and they include instructions for using the packaged kind), I did want to include a recipe so that you will know how the dough is prepared.
