Method

  1. Cream together the almond paste and butter with the paddle attachment on medium speed until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  2. On low speed, add the eggs one at a time, scraping down the bowl after each addition. Once the egg is fully incorporated, add another until all the eggs have been added.
  3. Add the flour and mix on low speed until fully incorporated.
